Below, some small advice that can help you to place an order:
• VAT: If you are newly registered, we will first check your VAT number on:
If the VAT number checks out to be valid for transactions within the EU, your account will be activated by us. We endeavour to activate your account within 1 working day. If you do not have a VAT number, you can upload another document relating to your activities via our online registration form.
• If your VAT number changes, you are responsible for communicating this to us via an email to: [email protected]
We will then check the VAT number and update it in our system.
• Minumum order: 100 Euro excl. VAT; UK customers: 300 Euro excl. VAT.

• Delivery address: for each order placed you must select the delivery address.
• Voucher: when you have ordered a product that is not in stock, but were invoiced for it? A voucher will be automatically issued with your next order.
• Trusted Shops: each orders up to €2500 can be insured by Trusted Shops. The Trusted Shops insurance form appears automatically once you have payed for your order.
• Help in Action: a donation can be made during the order process. Each donation amount is then doubled by us.

Our product range is divided into categories. Some products are in several categories or also in a theme group such as new articles, bestsellers and offers of the month. One category can consist of several pages. For some products, bulk discounts have been determined; when a larger number of one product is purchased, a lower price is calculated.
Minimum order amount
You must have ordered at least € 100, - excl. VAT and freight costs before you can complete the order. You will also have to pay in advance before we take the order into consideration.
When you leave the website before completing the order, your order is automatically saved. As soon as you log in the next time, you can continue placing your order.
Customers from countries within the EU with a valid VAT number and customers outside the EU are not charged VAT. Customers within the EU without a valid VAT number will be charged VAT.

Order on time
At "Customer service" under the heading ‘Shipping and delivery’ is indicated per country how long it takes on average for a placed order to be delivered. Keep in mind that due to crowds, the delivery time from October to December can be 2 days longer.
Order via search
You will find a search function at the top right of our web shop. Enter a search term here and all products that match the search will appear. The search engine can search by article number or (one) word(s) from the title of an article.
Via '' My account '' you can click on 'Quick order'. With this option you have the possibility to quickly add order lines by entering a product number, item description or another keyword with the desired number of products you want to order. In this way you can place the order faster because you do not have to navigate through our website.
Order via import
Via '' My account '' and 'Import order lines' you can upload an XML or CSV file and fill your shopping cart easily and quickly.
As soon as your order is ready for shipment, the invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. The invoice is also placed in your online account so that you can easily consult it. A copy of the invoice is also sent with the order.
By clicking on "My account" in the menu, you can select "Order history" where you will see an overview of all previous orders. A recently placed order will appear here after the order has been processed and the invoice has been issued.
Adding items after placing an order
Adding additional items to your order is possible as long as we have not yet forwarded the order to our warehouse. You can do so by replying to the original order confirmation, by email.
We will then first check whether the relevant articles are in stock. If this is the case, we will send you a payment link to pay the remaining amount.
Once the additional payment has been made, we will add the items to your order.
When an order has already been sent to our warehouse, no changes can be made.
It is possible that a product was shown to be available on the website but is not delivered. Sometimes there are stock differences between our administration system and the actual stock in our warehouse. We try to keep this to a minimum, but differences are not always preventable. If you have paid and a product turns out to be out of stock, then a credit voucher will be issued. This voucher can be found on the invoice under code Z006 with the value of the ordered item that was not in stock. On average it takes one working day before the credit voucher is added to your account. When you place your next order, the amount on the voucher will automatically be credited to you on the new invoice.
From time to time we offer a discount and for this we provide a coupon code, which will be sent to you by email. When you receive a coupon code, you may use it when you choose to. You can add it yourself to your oder in the ‘Overview order’ page, just before you go to check out.
With each product on the website, an indication is given as to how much stock there is at the time (shows after login). Do you wish to be informed when a product is back in stock? Then, activate the Stock notification by clicking on the enveloppe symbol next to the product. Enter your e-mail address and you will be automatically notified when the product is again available.
We do not have a showroom. Most items are prepacked in the warehouse. All our products can be viewed on our website where we try to present them as clearly as possible through photos and descriptions.
Customers who want to come and hand pick singing bowls, are welcome by appointment on Thursdays and Fridays between 8.30 am and 3.30 pm. During the months of November and December it is only possible to make an appointment on Fridays because of crowding.
