Payment

There are serveral options for payment at our web shop. Your order will be processed after payment has been completed. No payment costs will be charged. For handling the payment, we use the services of Multisafepay.

Options for payment: Maestro, Paypal, Visa Card, Mastercard.

Failed payment and/or no order confirmation
After payment, your order is forwarded to our order handling system and will be processed. An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. If you did not receive it, it possibly landed in your spam folder or payment has not been successful.
If the payment was not successful, automatically an e-mail will be sent to you twice, within 48 hours, with the request to complete payment as yet. In that e-mail a link is inserted with which the payment can be made in a secured environment. As soon as we have received the payment, your order will be processed.
