Placing an order
Below, some essential information to help you place an order:
VAT
If you are a newly registered customer, we will first check your VAT number at: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#. If the VAT number is valid for intra-EU transactions, your account will be activated.
We aim to activate your account within 1 working day.
If your VAT number changes, expires, or you obtain one
You are responsible for informing us by email at info@phoeniximport.nl. We will then verify the number and update it in our system.
Minimum order amount
€100 excl. VAT (UK customers: €300 excl. VAT)
Delivery Time & Costs

Delivery address
For each placed order, you must select or enter a delivery address.
Voucher
If you ordered and paid for an item that turns out to be out of stock, a voucher will be issued and automatically applied to your next order.
Trusted Shops
Orders up to €2500 can be insured via Trusted Shops. A pop-up message will appear after completing your payment.
Help in Action
A donation can be made during checkout. Each donated amount will be doubled by us.

Elaborate explanations
Our product range is divided into categories. Some products appear in several categories or in themed groups such as new items, bestsellers, and promotions. One category may span multiple pages. Some products have bulk pricing—when ordering larger quantities, a lower price is calculated.
Minimum order amount
You must order at least €100 excl. VAT and shipping costs before completing your order. Prepayment is required before we process the order.
If you leave the site mid-order, your shopping cart will be saved automatically. The next time you log in, you can continue where you left off.
VAT
Our prices are excl. VAT. Customers within the EU without a valid VAT number will be charged VAT. Customers outside the EU or within the EU with a valid VAT number will not.
If your VAT number changes, you are responsible for informing us by email at info@phoeniximport.nl. We will verify and update it in our system.
Order on time
Under "Customer Service" > "Shipping and Delivery", we indicate the average delivery time per country. Please note that from October through December, delivery may take up to two extra days due to seasonal volume.
Order via search
Use the search bar at the top left of our website to find products by item number or title keywords.
Order via import
Via “Account” > “Import order lines”, you can upload an XML or CSV file to quickly fill your shopping cart.
Invoice
Once your order is ready for shipment, the invoice will be emailed to you. It will also be available in your online account, and a copy is included in your shipment.
Order history
Via the “Account” icon and the “Orders” button, you’ll find an overview of your previous orders. A new order appears here after it has been processed and invoiced.
Adding items after placing an order
You can still add items to your order as long as it hasn’t been passed to our warehouse. Reply to your original order confirmation email to request changes.
We will check availability and, if possible, send a payment link for the difference. Once paid, the items will be added to your order.
If the order has already reached the warehouse, no changes can be made.
Voucher system
Sometimes a product shows as in stock online but isn’t available due to discrepancies between our inventory system and physical stock. If this happens and you’ve already paid, we’ll issue a voucher. This will be listed on your invoice under code Z006 and added to your account within one working day. On your next order, the voucher amount will automatically be deducted from the total.
Coupon code
Occasionally we offer discounts via coupon codes, which you’ll receive by email. You can apply the code in the "Order Overview" screen before checkout.
Stock status
Each product listing includes a stock indication (visible after login). If you want to be notified when an item is back in stock, click the envelope icon and enter your email address. You’ll receive a message as soon as it’s available again.
Showroom
We do not have a showroom for general products—most items are pre-packed in our warehouse. You can view our full range online with photos and descriptions.
Customers who want to select singing bowls in person are welcome by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 8:30 and 11:30 and between 13:00 and 15:30, and on Wednesday and Friday mornings between 8:30 and 11:30. In November and December, appointments are only possible on Friday mornings between 8:30 and 11:30 due to high volume.
