Placing an order
Our website has various options for placing an order, such as 'Quick order', 'Order list', and 'Import order lines'. You will find these options in "My account".
Order overview
A clear overview of your placed order and relevant data.
Filters
Filter products in subcategories based on product properties.
Groupings
Products can be ordered directly from the overview pages.
In addition, an article with several options can be opened to view and select the specific type required, such as colour, size or content (ml). Multiple choices of the same article can easily be ordered via the list below the actual article.
Stock indication and notification
For each product on the website it is indicated how much stock there is at that moment (subject to corrections). If an item is not in stock, you can use the Stock notification. Activate the Stock notification by clicking on the envelope with the item. Enter your email address and you will automatically receive a message when the item is back in stock.
Report on delivery
Via "My account" you can easily submit a Report on delivery by clicking on the relevant order number. Select the item you want to report about and enter the requested information. Communication about your report will go via your account. Here you will also find an overview and the status of current and completed reports on delivery.
Import order lines
It is possible to fill your shopping cart based on an XML or CSV file.
Export products
In 'My Account' you can export details of our products. The list includes EAN codes, product descriptions and specifications, link to product image, etc. Helpful for setting up your own webshop or fill your administrative system.
Web API
For customers who have a webshop, we created a Web API to communicate our product numbers, codes and stock status. In this way you can have the most up-to-date stock information available for your webshop customers.
