Important information about shipping charcoal tablets

Charcoal tablets fall under ADR regulations for the transport of dangerous goods. These regulations apply to all types of charcoal tablets, regardless of brand or type.

To comply with these transport regulations, we are required to ship charcoal tablets exclusively in the manufacturer's original master cartons from now on. This means that these items can only be ordered and shipped per full order unit (master carton), and no longer per individual box.

At the moment, we can only ship charcoal to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark (postcode areas 5000–9990 only), Germany, France, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Spain, the Czech Republic, and the United Kingdom. Delivery to islands is unfortunately not possible.

In addition, these charcoal tablets must be shipped separately from other items, and in many cases via a different carrier. For these shipments we use UPS. Due to these specific transport regulations, shipping costs for charcoal tablets are considerably higher. We have therefore had to adjust the prices of charcoal tablets accordingly. Picking up charcoal tablets

Charcoal tablets can also be picked up at our location. Pick-up is only possible by appointment. If you would like to make use of this option, please contact us in advance at orders@phoeniximport.nl.

Pick-up prices are as follows:
Article 31300 – 33 mm per box: € 4,25
Per master carton (24 pieces): € 3,91 per box

Article 31301 – 44 mm per box: € 6,70
Per master carton (12 pieces): € 6,16 per box

Box of Golden Temple charcoal tablets for safe burning of incense resin and powder, etc. The charcoal is produced from timber sustainably salvaged from apple orchards during pruning and tree replacement. Rather than waste this material it is converted into these high quality charcoal tablets.

One carton contains 100 tablets, 10 rolls of 10 coals each.
