According to Ayurvedic tradition, this fragrance combination cools the fiery pitta dosha and soothes it. Ideal in the diffuser during yoga and meditation, or to give the room a fresh, serene atmosphere on warm days.

Directions for use
Use an electric diffuser for larger spaces or an aroma burner for smaller rooms. Fill the diffuser with water first, then add 8-10 drops of oil. Adjust the dosage to your preference.
