How it works and how to use *
The candle is placed on the relevant chakra point, on the front or back of the body. According to tradition, the warmth and the gentle movement of air are said to stimulate the nerve endings, with the bio-energetic effect said to help restore the energy balance. It is recommended to take one to three chakras per treatment; for several chakras, one usually starts at the root chakra and works up towards the crown chakra.

When not recommended
Do not use when the person cannot lie still or does not tolerate the treatment, for children under 3 years, in case of allergy to any of the components, on redness or irritated skin, on wounds, or with discharge of pus or fluid.
