Dead Sea salt is also known for its ability to soothe inflamed and irritated skin. In high concentration, Dead Sea salt is well-known for its effect on certain skin problems. With its high magnesium and bromine content (bromine is a natural sedative that fights anxiety), Dead Sea salt soothes the skin and has a calming effect.

How to use
For a hot bath, use 180 grams or even more. Relax for ± 15 minutes and then rinse.
For a foot bath, dilute 100 grams in a bowl of hot water and relax your feet in it for about 10 to 15 minutes.
For an exfoliating foot bath, dilute 150 grams of salt in a bowl of hot water. Soak your feet in it for 15 minutes. Dry your feet, then use a pumice stone to remove any softened dead skin.
