An oil diffuser made of salt crystal, for use with a tea light. Once the tea light is lit, the flame shines through the crystal and gives the stone a soft, natural glow, while the scent of the oil slowly fills the room. Every diffuser is unique in grain and colour depth, as no two pieces of salt crystal are alike.
At the top sits a removable metal cup. Fill the cup with water to about 1 cm below the rim and add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil, depending on how strong you want the scent to be. The tea light underneath warms the water and releases the fragrance.
Good to know
Dry the inside of the diffuser before use and let the tea light burn briefly without the cup first, so that any moisture in the salt crystal can evaporate.
Check regularly that there is still water in the cup and never let it boil dry.
Place the diffuser on a stable, flat surface, away from flammable materials and out of reach of children and pets.
Never leave a burning tea light unattended.
Clean the cup after each use with a damp cloth and a mild detergent, and store the diffuser in a dry place, as salt crystal is sensitive to moisture.
