Prasiolite is formed by the heating of amethyst. This can happen naturally, for example during a volcanic eruption, but more often, it is a synthetically processed stone. Prasiolite creates a bridge between the purifying light energy from above and the nourishing energy from the earth, between the upper and lower chakras and between the heart and the soul. The stone represents a kind of earthly spirituality and can therefore be well used in shamanic work and to make contact with natural spirits.**
