White Sage smudge bundles consist of tied, dried leaves of Salvia apiana, combined here with cinnamon. The practice of burning aromatic plant material originates in Indigenous cultures of North America, where different herbs were used in ritual and ceremonial contexts. Today, white sage blends are used as botanical incense for ritual work, meditation, bodywork, or for marking a transition or conclusion.
The addition of cinnamon gives the smoke a warm, spicy nuance.
