Description
Meant for support of the shoulders, so the head will rest a little lower, and the neck will be stretched less. This can be further varied by laying a folded towel or such under the head.
These yoga blocks are used in a.o. Iyengar, Anusara, Ashtanga, Restorative and Power Yoga. They are also used as a tool in physiotherapy.
