Description

Tibetan fine incense powder.

This original Gangchen Himalayan incense is carefully prepared by monks at the foothills of the Himalayas, closely following traditional recipes. Made from carefully harvested mountain herbs, oils, resins, and spices, it helps create a powerful meditative and healing atmosphere for body, mind, and the living environment.

Inspired by the 5 Dhyani Buddhas, this blend supports the purification of our 5 chakras. Use it to cleanse and balance your energy centres during meditation.

For a personalised experience, you can mix different incense powders as needed. To maintain the quality of the incense, we recommend storing it in a dry, closed container.

How to use
Charcoal incense burners: Select a suitable charcoal incense burner, and ensure you have an incense accessories set for safe handling. Use the tongs to hold the charcoal while lighting it, then carefully add the incense with a spoon. This time-honoured method is excellent for purification and meditation rituals.

Tea light Incense burners: Place a tea light candle in the burner, and sprinkle the incense onto the sieve. This method allows for slow combustion. For safety and ease of cleaning, we also recommend using an incense accessories set with this type of burner.

You can find these incense burners and all necessary accessories here.

Caution: Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never leave burning incense unattended.

Chakras
Chakras are subtle energy points, literally called energy wheels. They function as places of energy exchange. In fact, we have hundreds of chakra points spread throughout our subtle energy system. However, the most well-known are the seven main chakras, which are connected in the central energy channel of our body, which runs along our spine. When the chakras function properly, these centres are gateways for vital life energy that enters our body through channels (nadis) and meridians through our subtle body. At the same time, they are also vanishing points for low-frequency energy to flow back to the subtle bodies that are being transformed. Each of the seven major chakras represents a level of consciousness or developmental stage of life, viewed from the perspective of our physical existence. Chakras may function less when they are in a negative state for a long time due to negative habits and accumulated emotions. This makes it difficult for the personality to fully integrate the level of consciousness that each chakra represents. When the chakras are open and in balance, they form an integrated system in which each chakra is dependent on the others for optimal function.
