Description

 

Pure natural resin incense for burning in a refractory dish with charcoal or on a special sieve burner. Can be used for various purification rituals.

Benzoe Sumatra (Styrax benzoin)
At first a more sharp, then a vanilla-like scent. Enhances feelings of security and peace. Traditionally used with indian magic in the Malaysian rainforest, and during Muslim ceremonies (mixed with Aloe and Sandalwood). Also used for colds and bronchitis.* 
Apart from these, its characteristics are virtually the same as Benzoin from Siam.

How to use
Suitable for burning on a fireproof dish with charcoal, or on a special sieve incense burner. The burning process on a sieve burner is slower than on charcoal. You can easily mix the incense with other varieties.

Also available are matching tongs to safely light the charcoal, tongs to handle the incense strainer, a steel brush to clean the incense strainer and a wooden feather for scent dispersion. A loose sieve of 125 mm fits also on an oil evaporator, if you remove the cup.
