Chinese Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia)
The tree grows in South China, Laos, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia and India. Cinnamon as a spice is popular worldwide because of its aromatic quality. It has a warming effect with powerful healing qualities. Empowers the Chi (vital energy) and opens the heart, easing relaxation and restfulness. In small quantities it stimulates the nervous system.*

In esoteric circles, cinnamon incense is used as an aphrodisiac. Will change the atmosphere into a pleasantly exotic, stimulating environment. Goes well together with Cardamon and Laurel (Bay leaves). Together they supply "food for the soul".

How to use
Suitable for burning on a fireproof dish with charcoal, or on a special sieve incense burner. The burning process on a sieve burner is slower than on charcoal. You can easily mix the incense with other varieties.

Also available are matching tongs to safely light the charcoal, tongs to handle the incense strainer, a steel brush to clean the incense strainer and a wooden feather for scent dispersion. A loose sieve of 125 mm fits also on an oil evaporator, if you remove the cup.
