Description
Pure natural herbal incense for burning in a refractory dish with charcoal or on a special sieve burner. Can be used for various purification rituals.
White Sage (Salvia apiana)
This kind of sage grows in Southern California, along the coastline. With local Indians, sage serves a special purpose: during incense sessions, a strong, healing energy may arise. This makes the incense so appropriate as a companion of prayer and meditation. Reinforces belief, vision & spirituality, works purifying, vitalising, promotes apt acting and clarity. It is often used for cleansing the Aura and clearing the energy in the living space.
Element: Water
Main effect on: Body
How to use
Suitable for burning on a fireproof dish with charcoal, or on a special sieve incense burner. The burning process on a sieve burner is slower than on charcoal. You can easily mix the incense with other varieties.
Also available are matching tongs to safely light the charcoal, tongs to handle the incense strainer, a steel brush to clean the incense strainer and a wooden feather for scent dispersion. A loose sieve of 125 mm fits also on an oil evaporator, if you remove the cup.
